I don't know if this shop always packages items in the manner I received but I appreciated the way each item was wrapped (like a present); since I'd mentioned to the seller that the items were to be given as gifts. They were perfectly wrapped, individually with gift wrap bows, gift tags and all. Ready to be given. Thanks again!

PayPal is my preferred method of payment - you can use debit and credit cards through PayPal without needing an account.
Shipping
It is still possible that your beaded treasure could be delayed in reaching you, especially if you are outside of the UK. Unfortunately shipping is outside of my control, but please consider the above when placing your order, especially if it is for a date-sensitive event or celebration =^.,.^=
Items will be shipped from the UK by Royal Mail first class service within the stated processing deadline. Processing timeframes are generally longer, but I will contact you and keep you updated with progress. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you would like me to ship to another address, please mention it in the "message to seller" box when paying.
Expedited shipping can be provided on request - please just ask.
Items shipped internationally are generally posted via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service, which should take 5-7 days to arrive, but unfortunately actual shipment times are out of my control, and packages can occasionally be held up in customs.
If you would like an item to be shipped anywhere other than the UK, US mainland or Canada, please contact me first. Customers are responsible for any customs and import charges, taxes and additional postage fees that may be applied.

All pieces are created by hand, and as such, no two items will be identical. Please allow for slight variances - it makes your chosen product unique!
Items are generally wrapped in lovely packaging (eg tissue paper and ribbon, organza bag or kraft box), and shipped in a bubble mailer. If you would like an item specially gift-wrapped with a gift tag, please let me know.
My pieces are made with tiny seed beads, and therefore are not suitable for young children as they could present a choking hazard.
Custom orders are welcomed - if you'd like an existing design in a different colour, please convo me. Or perhaps a magnet instead of a key ring, or a ribbon instead of a paperclip.
Or if you have an idea for something completely new, please contact me and I'd love to work with you to create a treasure you'll love!

Privacy
When you place an order with me, I will receive certain information, such as your name, username, email address, postal address (or recipient’s name and address), and product order details. I will only use your personal information to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order.
The only circumstances when I may share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
- With Etsy to comply with my obligations
- With delivery companies to fulfil your order
- To comply with legal or tax obligations
I will retain your personal information in a confidential manner for as long as is necessary to process and fulfil my order with you, and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I will retain data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After that time I will delete your data from my record.
My shop is based in the UK. I may store and process your information through third party hosting services in the USA. As a result, your personal information will be transferred to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than Europe.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.

Custom and personalised orders
I would love to work on a custom order with you! Feel free to contact me to discuss what you would like, and I'll be happy to give you a quote and timeframe.
Even if you see an existing design that you like, but would prefer a different colour, or a magnet instead of a keychain, or a ribbon instead of a paperclip, just contact me!
Once you are happy to proceed, I will create a special reserved listing for you, and payment will be taken in full at the time of order. I will aim to keep you updated with progress checks along the way to ensure you are happy with your item.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Items are generally wrapped in lovely packaging (eg tissue paper and ribbon, organza bag or kraft box), and shipped in a bubble mailer.
If you would like an item specially gift-wrapped with a gift tag, please leave a message in the "Buyer Comments" section when placing your order.
Care instructions
DewCatDesigns' jewellery is generally for occasional use only. Remove your jewellery before going to bed.
Do not wear your jewellery whilst swimming or showering. Do not expose rings to water.
Avoid exposure to hairsprays and perfume which could damage or stain the finish on your jewellery.
To clean, periodically wipe with a dry, lint-free cloth.
Earrings
Unless otherwise stated, earrings are generally fitted with sterling silver ear hooks.
Please note that, for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Timeframes
Each beaded item takes at least 2-3 hours' work to complete, often longer depending on the complexity of the shape and the size and number of beads used. On average, over 250 tiny seed beads (1-2mm in diameter) go into each item, and each bead is individually sewn in place to complete the desired shape.
